Your 10 days, day by day
Days 1–2 · Connect
Streams come up, camera map is drawn, zones and rules are set with you on the onboarding call.
Days 3–5 · Tune
Alerts flow with clips. We prune motion, shadow and wind noise together until every alert is worth opening.
Days 6–8 · Search
You try “search by describing” on your own incidents — people, vehicles, objects — and time it against manual review.
Days 9–10 · Decide
Joint readout: what worked, alert volumes, search-time saved, and whether a 4-week pilot is worth it.
Trial FAQ
Do I need new cameras?
No. Existing RTSP/ONVIF streams. If a camera can't see it, no software can — we tell you that in the camera map, not after billing.
Where does footage go?
Cloud during trial [MOCK region/retention — confirm]. Nothing is used to train shared models without your written agreement.
Who watches the alerts?
You do, with our team alongside on the onboarding call and over the 10 days. Every alert carries a short clip — no text-only alerts.
What if my internet is poor?
The trial needs stable upload for cloud streaming. For poor-connectivity or no-video-leaves-premises sites, the trial scopes an edge-box evaluation instead.
What happens after day 10?
Streams are disconnected and trial footage is deleted per the retention in your order form. You keep the camera map and the readout — useful even if you don't continue.
