Terms of service

1 · The service

NetraVision is AI video-intelligence software over customer-owned cameras and recorders. We sell software and onboarding — never cameras. Plan capabilities, camera caps and retention are as listed on pricing; paid figures stay indicative until your pilot validates them.

2 · Trial

10 days, up to 8 cameras, cloud-hosted, with an onboarding call. Trial footage is deleted at the end of the trial. The trial proves the software runs on your cameras; it does not promise theft reduction or accuracy figures.

3 · Acceptable use

No cameras in changing rooms, restrooms or other private spaces. No audio recording unless a lawful basis is documented. Face recognition only as a separately agreed opt-in module with consent and human review. Abuse — including attempts to identify individuals without basis — terminates service.

4 · Customer responsibilities

You own camera placement, signage, retention policy and reviewer authorisation. You confirm you have the right to share streams with us for processing.

5 · Billing

Per camera per month, excl. GST, billed monthly, cancel any time. Hardware (including the edge box) is quoted separately.

6 · Liability

The service raises pointers for human review — it does not make security decisions. Liability caps and SLA terms are set in the enterprise order form. [MOCK figures — lawyer draft.]
