Privacy policy

1 · Who we are

Hypotenuse Analytics India Pvt. Ltd. (“NetraVision”, “we”) provides video-intelligence software over customer-owned cameras. This policy covers our website and the data we process while delivering trials, pilots and subscriptions.

2 · Website data

When you use the scheduler, forms or trial signup we collect what you type — name, work email, phone, company, camera details. Used only to respond and deliver the service. We do not sell contact data, and marketing email is opt-in with one-click unsubscribe.

3 · Customer footage

Footage from your cameras is processed solely to deliver the service — detection, alerts, search and analytics. Retention follows your plan (trial 10 days, Starter 15, Professional 30, Enterprise custom), then footage is deleted. It is never used to train shared models without your written agreement.

4 · Your rights (DPDP)

Access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal for your personal data. Footage captured on customer premises is controlled by the customer as the data fiduciary for that deployment — we act as processor under the DPA.

5 · Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with audit logs. No SOC 2 or HIPAA certification today — we say so plainly on our trust page.
