Does it work with my cameras?
If your cameras or recorder expose RTSP or ONVIF streams, yes. The trial maps what each camera can actually see — angle and resolution limit what any software can do, and we say so upfront.
Do I need new hardware?
No. NetraVision is an AI layer above your existing CCTV. The optional edge inference box is only for sites where video must not leave the premises or connectivity is poor.
Where does my footage go?
Cloud plans stream to the cloud [MOCK: India region, per-plan retention]. Edge-box sites process locally with logs on the box. Confirm region and retention with us before you sign.
Can it run fully offline?
The edge box is designed for offline / air-gapped operation [MOCK definition]: no cloud at runtime, signed offline updates, licence checks without internet, no outbound telemetry. Confirm against the real box spec before relying on it.
Do you use face recognition?
Not in retail, fuel or healthcare by default. Face recognition is a separate opt-in module with consent, lawful basis and human review. Behaviour and counts, not faces or profiles.
What does the trial include?
10 days, up to 8 cameras, cloud, with an onboarding call booked through the scheduler. It proves it runs on your cameras — it can't prove theft reduction. That needs a 4-week pilot.
How do you measure accuracy?
In your environment, in a pilot: alerts per camera per day, share confirmed real on human review, and staged or past incidents caught. We measure, then promise — no invented statistics.
What does it cost?
Trial is free. Paid plans are per camera per month, excl. GST; hardware is quoted separately (get in touch). Paid numbers on this site are indicative until LOI pilots validate them.
